Delivery for single items is normally within 2-3 working days.
Delivery for pallet items is normally within 7-10 days. This type of delivery is normally curbside only.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, you may do this at any time before your order is dispatched. If you have received a dispatch notification but not yet received your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
You are able to request a return for any unused, unopened items to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving your goods. You must notify us of any returns by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or filling out a request in your online account.
Shipping and packaging of returns is the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or damaged items
Please check all your items on receipt for any damage. Tinned materials will only be considered damaged if the product inside the tin has been compromised. All items received damaged must be reported to us immediately via email to email@example.com. If possible include images of your damaged items. Items not reported within 48 hours of delivery, or signed for as damaged with our couriers may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Faulty items should be reported as soon as possible. Many of our products require specialist skills and knowledge and best practice guides and professional specifications should be followed in use. If you feel a product is faulty or has developed a fault in use, please contact our testing team on firstname.lastname@example.org. We reserve the right to charge for this service if the fault is not found to be with the product, or the installation has not been completed in line with best practice or product instructions.
